What the fee covers
The fee covers Student Passport's guided application service for up to 4 applications. It does not include university application fees or tuition, which you pay directly to universities.
Requesting a refund
If you were charged by mistake or could not use Plus, contact us from the email address of your account. We review every request.
Failed or cancelled payments
If a payment fails or you cancel it, you are not charged and Plus is not activated.
University fees
We cannot refund university fees, because we never collect them. Contact the university about its own refund rules.
