Privacy policy

Your account details: name, email address, country of origin, highest qualification and preferred language. The documents you upload for your applications. Records of your applications and their status. We never ask for your passport number.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of the payment itself.

To run your account, show your applications and documents, process your payment and send the emails you need, like email verification and password reset. We do not sell your data.

Your documents are stored privately. Only you and Student Passport administrators can open them, through links that expire after a short time.

We use Supabase (database, accounts and file storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email).

You can delete your account at any time. This deletes your profile, applications and documents. Payment records are kept in anonymised form for accounting.
